How can we improve this article?
Two-Factor Authentication

Two-Factor Authentication adds a second layer of protection to traditional password-based logins. For additional security, to log in to IncentX you need not just something that only you know (i.e. a password), but also something that only you possess – a token (short group of numbers) generated by a software algorithm which can only be calculated by your device.

Even if a user’s password were to be guessed or stolen, the attacker would not be able to access IncentX because they do not have the device and cannot generate the token. Similarly, an attacker who stole a user’s device would still lack the user’s password.

Authy

Authy is a free mobile and desktop app which provides a token when you login. Your Authy account for IncentX is automatically created with your IncentX account. IncentX will ask you for an Authy token after you enter your username and password.
